1. What are the Expected Delivery Timelines?

    Due to the nature of made to order services, some products take longer than others to make. As a result each product may have a different shipping time. Please check the product page to know how many days your chosen product will ship in. Once shipped, we will send you a notification with the tracking details so you know when to expect it.     2. What are my personalization options?

    We offer different personalization options for different products. Please do look at the product descriptions for each product.

    3. I need goods made for a wedding/ I have a bulk order – how do I go about this?

    4. Can I personalize an item I own?

    Unfortunately, we only personalize and emboss products from our own catalogue, as we don’t like to take responsibility for products that we may not be able to replace.

    5. The product I want is out of stock. Can I still get it?

    We’d love to help you. Please do email us at team@theinitialstudio.com for items that may be out of stock.

    6. I have an issue with my product what can I do?

    Please note, slight variations are inherent in the manufacturing of such products and should be expected. Such features make your product special and truly one-of-a-kind. They cannot be considered as defects. Due to the many variations in computers, smartphones and browsers, colors may appear different on different electronic screens. As a result, slight shade variance between the product images on the website and the product should be expected.

    We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and repair or replace the product for you.
